Who We Are
We began as a father and son team, Kevin and Sayje, both intrigued by the healing properties of hemp. Sayje was drawn by hemp’s ability to rehabilitate the air and soil, and Kevin’s interest focused on hemp’s ability to regulate the body.
We became active members of the hemp community, cultivating relationships with farmers, policymakers, and academics. In 2017 we were awarded a New York State hemp license and after the 2018 Farm Bill made hemp a legal commodity we expanded our relationships to include a few investors and a 100-acre farm. In 2019 the first crop was harvested and in 2020 with the help of community members, friends, family and farmers, we managed to create something quite beautiful. Our product is Onyx Mana, the embodiment of empowerment through healing.
